Our facilities:

Children in my setting will experience a variety of indoor and outdooor activities aimed to be both interactive and educational.

Indoor activities such as: dance and movement, singing, arts and crafts, storytime, puzzles, jigsaws and games are aimed to stimulate and develop the childs creative mind and communication skills.

To help promote the above skills the following are available to the children, chalk board, kitchen play area, dressing up clothes, book library and a reading area.

Outdoor activities available to the children include: sand pit, water tray, tuff tray, ball games, parachute for interactive games, and a gardening area. These activities are designed to promote the childs physical development.

Outings such as: visits to the library to join and loan books, interactive singing and reading at the local library’s, local play groups, visit to the local community allotments, and play gym.

As iam a non driver I don’t want this to inhibit any possible activities for the children. So with being in good close proximity to bus, rail and cycle networks I can take the children to the local parks, duck pond and nature reserves , as well as Central Manchester to the museums and galleries. I also have the Howarth art gallery, 4 parks and much more within a short distance from our base.
